Antony Arokiaraj (Raj) is the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Protect and Care Ministries. Through a vision God gave him after being raised in an orphanage in Bangalore India, he has faithfully worked over the last 12 years to create a safe, loving, Christ centered place for severely disadvantaged young men to grow and thrive. Raj is an ordained Pastor and founding Pastor of a church in Bangalore, a member of Ministry Action Prayer Fellowship of India, and a 45 year employee of the Bible Society of India in Bangalore. He, his wife Roslyn and daughter Gladys live in Bangalore at the boy's home facility and are the daily caretakers of our precious young men, providing education, food, medical care, bible study, devotionals and much more.
Reagan Miller is the Chief Executive Officer of Protect and Care Ministries and provides oversight of the United States tax-exempt non-profit corporation, Protect and Care Ministries Inc. Reagan met Raj in 2004 while traveling in India on business, and was immediately captivated and spiritually "stitched" together with God's plan for the mission. Reagan also serves as Executive Vice President for the Healthcare division of a US based corporation.
